Rockington is a rock made by JonTron to hang out with while slacking off work to film Bubsy Collection. Rockington is a rock with a drawn on face. When Jacques teleports JonTron to him, Rockington is left alone and goes missing and is never seen again.
He is not mentioned again until Banjo Kazooie: Nuts And Bolts, when JonTron talks to him about the beautiful day, and realizes Rockington is missing, shouting "I lost Rockington, I LOST A ROCK!" Instantly after, he gives up looking for him.
Backstory
Rockington was the son of King Rocko and Queen Pebble-pants. He was stolen when he was only 3000 years old by an angry alligator. He washed up on the beach near Jon's Secret Lair (totally not just a house) and was adopted by Jon.
